Eggless French Fingers
• Eggless French fingers – 8 to 10 pieces

Fresh Strawberry Soak
• Fresh strawberries – 200 g
• Powdered sugar – 30–40 g (adjust to sweetness)
• Lemon juice – a few drops
• Water – 1–2 tbsp (only if required for blending)

Eggless Mascarpone Cream
• Mascarpone cheese – 200 g
• Fresh cream (35% fat), chilled – 120 ml
• Icing sugar – 40–50 g
• Vanilla extract – ½ tsp

QUICK METHOD (INSTANT ASSEMBLY)
1. Strawberry Soak
Blend strawberries with powdered sugar and lemon juice into a smooth, fresh pulp.
Keep the texture fluid, not thick. Use immediately.
2. Mascarpone Cream
Whip chilled fresh cream to soft peaks.
In a separate bowl, gently mix mascarpone with icing sugar and vanilla.
Fold whipped cream into mascarpone until smooth and silky.
3. Dip the French Fingers
Quickly dip each eggless French finger into the strawberry soak for 1–2 seconds only.
Do not soak.
4. Assemble
Arrange dipped French fingers in a glass or bowl.
Spoon mascarpone cream generously over them.
Add fresh strawberry slices.
5. Finish & Serve
Dust lightly with icing sugar or garnish with strawberries.
Serve immediately.
