An overnight soaked raisins with freshly pound spices when folded in the goodness of a cake batter - it's a SYMPHONY marinated in our kitchen!!

This soft cake is a glazed with a salty-sweet-umami Soy Caramel! This brings out a nice balance within already spiced induced cake. 

Tip : Heat it slightly before consuming (Microwave it for 40 seconds - just about right to eat it warm and adequately cool enough to sip it with a black coffee)

Does NOT contain Egg / Alcohol or Gelatin.
