A great way to utilize leftover brownie trimmings, dry brownies, or glazed brownie pieces.
Ingredients
* Brownie cubes or brownie scraps – 200g
* Fresh cream – 150g
* Harsh Chocolates Signature 60% Dark Chocolate – 100g
Method
1. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl.
2. Heat the cream until just hot (do not boil).
3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and allow it to sit for 1 minute.
4. Stir or blend until a smooth chocolate ganache forms.
5. Add the brownie cubes to a mixer jar.
6. Pour in the prepared ganache.
7. Blend until completely smooth and silky.
8. Use immediately as a filling, frosting, dessert layer, tart filling, or brownie truffle base.
Notes
* Slightly dry brownies work especially well for this recipe.
* Adjust the cream quantity depending on the consistency required.
* For a richer flavour, use a higher percentage dark chocolate.
